Take Heart Foundation Partners with Hot Shots Basketball to Expand Access to Elite Youth Training and Mentorship
The Take Heart Foundation is proud to announce a new partnership with Hot Shots Basketball to launch a community-driven basketball clinic designed to expand access to high-quality coaching, mentorship, and development opportunities for young athletes across New York State.
Through this initiative, the Take Heart Foundation will sponsor enrollment for a select group of children, helping to remove financial barriers and open the door for broader participation in Hot Shots Basketball’s structured training programs. The clinic will provide a high-energy, supportive environment where athletes can develop their skills, build confidence, and grow both on and off the court.
“This partnership reflects what Take Heart has always stood for—access, opportunity, and belief in every child’s potential,” said Graceann Faulkner, Co-Founder of the Take Heart Foundation. “Hot Shots Basketball brings a strong developmental system and a real commitment to the community. Together, we’re creating a space where young athletes can grow as players and as people.”
Hot Shots Basketball, a program serving athletes across New York State, is known for its player development model, competitive training environment, and community presence. The program is led by experienced coaches, including leadership recognized as a JR. Knicks Coach of the Year Finalist (2026), reflecting its high standard of coaching and development.
