Take Heart Foundation
Sponsorship Levels
Our premier sponsorship level, the Hall of Fame plays a transformative role in advancing Take Heart Foundation’s mission. This level provides critical support for inclusive athletic and after-school programs, helping expand access, strengthen community partnerships, and create lasting impact for children with developmental disabilities across New York State.
Donation Range: $5,000 - $10,000
MVP helps drive meaningful progress by supporting programs that build confidence, independence, and belonging through team sports. This level directly contributes to expanding opportunities for children and families while strengthening inclusive community experiences.
Donation Range: $1,500 - $4,000
AllStars make an important difference by supporting the foundation’s core programs and initiatives. Every Base Hit helps ensure children with developmental disabilities have access to inclusive athletic experiences that foster growth, teamwork, and confidence.
Donation Range: $500 - $1,400
Champions play a vital role in advancing the mission of the foundation, directly supporting its core programs and initiatives. Every contribution at this level helps open doors for children with developmental disabilities to participate in inclusive athletic experiences—where they can build confidence, develop teamwork skills, and grow both on and off the field.
Donation Range: $200 - $400
Rising Stars contributions lay the foundation for impact, helping introduce children with developmental disabilities to inclusive athletic experiences. Every gift at this level supports access, encouragement, and early opportunities to build confidence, make connections, and discover the joy of being part of a team.
Donation Range: $25 - $150
