Our Board
The Board of Directors of Take Heart Foundation is composed of dedicated leaders, advocates, and community members who share a deep commitment to our mission. Guided by faith, lived experience, and a belief in the power of inclusive athletics, our board provides strategic oversight, financial stewardship, and long-term vision to ensure the foundation’s impact continues to grow.
Together, they help advance programs that promote confidence, belonging, and opportunity for children with developmental disabilities—strengthening families and communities across New York State.
Eric Faulkner
Eric brings 30+ years of leadership and entrepreneurial experience in aviation. As Co-Founder and President of the Take Heart Foundation, he champions its mission while serving as CEO of Inline Aviation Group and Co-Founder of Air Cargo Handling. He has held senior executive roles across leading aviation organizations and previously served as Chairman of the Board for three years of the Westchester Aviation Association, a nonprofit in Westchester County, NY.

Co founder and vice chairGraceann is a loving mom of two children, one with special needs, and serves as Vice Chair of the Board for the Take Heart Foundation. Through her work in nonprofit fundraising, she has helped organizations build meaningful community connections, engage donors, and secure critical resources that turn compassion into action. Guided by faith and a deep commitment to service, Graceann brings lived experience, dedication, and advocacy to advancing the Foundation’s mission and creating lasting impact for children and families.
Anthony Incorvaia
TreasurerAnthony Incorvaia, CPA, serves as Treasurer of The Take Heart Foundation, bringing more than 35 years of experience in financial leadership and client advisory services. As Owner and Managing Partner of Incorvaia & Associates, Anthony has built a reputation for working closely with business owners on a one-to-one basis, grounded in integrity, accessibility, and sound judgment. His firm’s long-standing success—driven largely by referrals from clients and trusted professionals—reflects his exceptional financial knowledge and commitment to responsible stewardship. Anthony’s expertise, professional credentials, and principled approach help ensure the Foundation’s resources are managed with transparency, care, and long-term sustainability in support of its mission to serve children with developmental disabilities.
Kathy Espada
secretaryKathy Espada serves as Secretary of the Board for the Take Heart Foundation and is a devoted special needs mom with a heart for service and advocacy. She works in building project management and brings extensive experience as a fundraising coordinator, project manager, and PTA board member. Guided by compassion and integrity, Kathy contributes strong organizational leadership and is deeply committed to supporting children and families with care, purpose, and heart.

Paula Behling
DirectorPaula is a devoted, loving mom of two children and serves on the Board of Directors for the Take Heart Foundation, bringing a heart for service and a deep compassion for children with special needs. With experience in fundraising, event coordination, and organizational support, she contributes strong planning skills and thoughtful leadership. Guided by faith and integrity, Paula is committed to advancing the Foundation’s mission and helping create inclusive opportunities where every child is valued, supported, and encouraged to thrive.
Phyllis Breen
DirectorPhyllis has a heartfelt passion for supporting children, including those with special needs, and believes in creating inclusive opportunities where every child can thrive. She is also a proud mother of two daughters who play sports, and she actively supports their teams through fundraising and community involvement. With a strong background in coordination and project management, she brings care, organization, and leadership to every initiative and plays an active role in fundraising events that bring people together around meaningful causes.
Christina Dimitropoulos
directorChristina is a loving mother and serves on the Board of Directors for the Take Heart Foundation, bringing a deep love and compassion for children with special needs and a heart rooted in faith, love, and service. She brings strong organizational skills and a thoughtful approach to planning and coordinating events, supporting the Foundation’s initiatives with care and attention to detail. Guided by integrity and a commitment to service, Christina helps advance programs that serve children and families with dignity, purpose, and heart.
